About Me

I am fully qualified to distinction level, in Hypnotherapy Counselling and Psychotherapy. I worked in the health and fitness industry for fifteen years as an RSA dance and fitness teacher.

I have recently worked in partnership with the NHS , specialising in writing and delivering "combating stress" workshops and relaxation sessions.

I currently work with two mental health charities. I am accredited by the Hypnotherapy Society, General hypnotherapy register and Counselling Society.

I am passionate about helping people to make positive changes to their lives. My training is accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. (BACP)

1 Hour Free Consultation or....
Free half an hour taster session (bring along family or a friend). An opportunity to ask questions about any aspect of my service

£40.00 per session.  10% off  when booking wieght management course.

Smoking Cessation £150.00 One Session + Top Up Session (if needed)

Weight Loss £40.00 per Session or £230.00 for Eight

Gastric band Hypnosis for clients with a BMI over 30 £200


Workshops and group sessions can be arranged. Home visits can also be arranged.
